The kettlebell swing: simple to learn, easy on the joints. You don’t need to spend endless amounts of time doing the exercise; five to 10 minutes is all you really need. The swing is a very inefficient movement, so it never really becomes “easy.” With running, for example, you can become better at running distances — that is not possible with the swing.
